David Kreutzer

David Kreutzer is the Senior Policy Analyst in Energy Economics and Climate Change for the Heritage Foundation, a conservative, free market environmentalist think tank which receives funding from oil giants such as ExxonMobil. Before joining Heritage in February 2008, Kreutzer was an economist at Berman and Company, a Washington-based public affairs firm. He also taught economics at James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Va., where he served as Director of the International Business Program. Kreutzer earned a bachelor's and master's degrees in Economics from Virginia Tech and a doctorate degree also in Economics from George Mason University. [1]

Climate Change Policy
Kreutzer is a climate change skeptic and spoke at the International Conference on Climate Change (2009) hosted by the conservative think tank, the Heartland Institute. His presentation was entitled, "Modeling Results on the Effects of Cap and Trade." [2]
