Cresencio S. Arcos, Jr. of Coral Gables, Florida, is "Regional Vice President, International Public Affairs for AT&T Corporation in Miami. His last position was Senior Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for International Narcotics and Crime from 1993 to 1995. He also served as American Ambassador to Honduras from 1989 to 1993. Mr. Arcos is listed in Who's Who in the World, America, the South, the Southwest and Among Hispanics."[1]

Arcos currently serves on the President's Foreign Intelligence Advisory Board (PFIAB) and served 1993-1995 on the PFIAB during the William Jefferson Clinton Administration. He is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.[2] Arcos is a 1973 alumni of the Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) at Johns Hopkins University.[3]

Arcos's name has been linked to the Iran-Contra investigations.[4]
