Bill Durodié is an associate of the LM group and has written for the network's triumvirate of key mouthpieces Living Marxism, Spiked Online and the Institute of Ideas. He is a forum member for the Scientific Alliance Advisory Forum [1]. He is a senior Research Fellow and Project Co-ordinator for the 'Domestic Management of Terrorist Attacks' programme, a two-year, Economic and Social Research Council-funded project at the Centre for Defence Studies, which is part of the International Policy Institute at King's College London where he is also the director of the International Centre for Security Analysis.

He is author of Poisonous Dummies: European Risk Regulation after BSE. He also acted as an adviser to the UK Prime Minister's Cabinet Office Strategy Unit study on The Costs and Benefits of Genetically Modified Crops. He graduated from the Imperial College of Science and Technology in London and holds postgraduate degrees from the Institute of Education and LSE. His doctoral research at New College Oxford, explores the causes and consequences of social fears.
