Andrew Langer is the President of the Institute For Liberty[1], a Washington D.C. free-market think tank which opposes Obama's health care reform plans and promotes business friendly policies.[2]
In 2009 the institute was active in promoting Tax Day Tea Party protests[3] and associated protests such as the Tea Party Expressbus tour.[4]
